RETURNS AND CLAIMS
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your jewelry, we offer a smooth return process under the following conditions:
Return policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return an item.

The jewelry must be unused, in original condition and in its original packaging with the accompanying certificate and all accessories.

Unfortunately, custom-ordered or engraved jewelry cannot be returned.
How to make a return

Contact our customer service via the email address jbhdiamonds.help@gmail.com and state your order number, full name and reason for the return.

We will send you a return shipping label (return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, more information can be found under "RETURN AND REFUND POLICY" ).

Pack the item carefully and send it back according to our instructions.

Once we receive your jewelry, it will undergo a thorough inspection to ensure it meets our return policy.

Once we have approved the return, you will be refunded within 30 days via the same payment method used for purchase.
Complaints
If your jewelry is damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately and no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of your order via the email address jbhdiamonds.help@gmail.com. We will handle complaints as quickly as we can and ensure that you receive a replacement item or a full refund if we have sent the wrong product.
How to make a complaint/claim (if the product you recieved is wrong/damaged)

Once we have approved the claim, you will be refunded within 30 days via the same payment method used for the purchase. The money is usually returned within 10 business days, but it may take up to 30 business days depending on your payment method choice.

Returns sent without prior contact with customer service cannot be processed.
