2. Order

An order is only binding when it has been confirmed by JBH Diamonds AB. We reserve the right to refuse an order if there are special reasons, for example if there is suspicion of fraud.

3. Payment terms

3.1 Payment methods

We offer the following payment options:

• Invoice or installment payment via third-party supplier (if available at time of purchase)
  
  

When using third-party payment solutions, the respective provider's own terms and conditions also apply.

3.2 Payment currency

All prices are stated in SEK (Swedish kronor) including VAT (25%).

3.3 Payment date

Payment must be made in connection with the order, unless otherwise specified. For invoice purchases, the payment terms stated on the invoice apply.

3.4 Delays

In the event of non-payment, JBH Diamonds AB reserves the right to charge statutory default interest and to hand over the claim to debt collection.

4. Delivery terms

4.1 Delivery times

• Standard delivery: 14–21 business days
  
  

• Standard delivery for special orders or loose diamonds: 21-35 business days
  
  

All orders are processed within 5 business days of confirmed purchase. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as carrier handling, holidays or other unpredictable events.

4.2 Shipping cost

• Free shipping on orders over 20,000 SEK.

• For orders under 20,000 SEK, a fixed shipping fee of 299 SEK applies within Sweden.

• For orders to Norway, a fixed shipping fee of 399 NOK applies.

• For orders outside Sweden and Norway, a fixed shipping fee of 46 EUR applies.

4.3 Tracking

When a shipment leaves our warehouse, an email with tracking information will be sent. In some cases, it may take up to 15 business days for tracking information to become available, especially for shipments from our external warehouses in the Netherlands.

4.4 Delivery responsibility

The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address. If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or an uncollected shipment, a new shipping fee will be charged.

4.5 International deliveries

When delivering outside Sweden, the recipient may be charged customs and import fees in accordance with the legislation of the recipient country. These fees are paid by the recipient and are not included in the agreed price.

5. Right of Return and Cancellation

5.1 Return Policy

The customer has the right to return an item within 30 days of receipt. For a return to be approved, the product must be:

• Unused and in original condition
  
  

• Complete with all accessories and original packaging
  
  

• Any sealing must be unbroken.
  
  

Unannounced returns will not be accepted. Returns must be initiated via email: jbhdiamonds.help@gmail.com .

5.2 Exceptions

The right of return does not apply to:

• Custom-made goods
  
  

• Personalized jewelry
  
  

5.3 Right of withdrawal

For purchases within Sweden, the right of withdrawal applies according to law (14 days), which we extend to 30 days . The right of withdrawal applies provided that the goods are returned in their original condition according to the above conditions.

5.4 Return shipping cost

Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost , and it varies depending on the value of the item, according to the table below. To ensure a safe and smooth return process, we always use insured and traceable return shipping . This means that your return is protected throughout the entire transport back to us – for both your safety and ours.

The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund according to the following table:

*For orders with a product value over SEK 200,000, return shipping is calculated as SEK 799 plus the lowest return shipping cost from the table that covers the total product value .

Example:

• Goods value 250,000 SEK → 799 SEK + 299 SEK = 1,098 SEK
  
  

• Goods value 500,000 SEK → 799 SEK + 599 SEK = 1,398 SEK
  
  

• Goods value 1,000,000 SEK → 799 SEK + 799 SEK = 1,598 SEK
  
  

This calculation model ensures that high-value returns are always sent with trackable and insured shipping , guaranteeing peace of mind for both the customer and JBH Diamonds.

6. Complaints

6.1 Right of complaint

The customer must examine the item upon receipt. If the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly delivered, a complaint must be made to jbhdiamonds.help@gmail.com within 14 days .

6.2 Measures

If the complaint is approved, JBH Diamonds AB has the right to firstly remedy the defect, secondly replace with an equivalent product or thirdly refund the purchase price.

7. Refund

Refunds will be made when JBH Diamonds AB has received and approved the return or complaint.
Refunds will be made to the same payment method used for purchase, within 30 business days of receipt of the return.

8. Limitation of liability

JBH Diamonds AB is not responsible for delays or damage due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).

9. Applicable law and disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by Swedish law. Disputes between the customer and JBH Diamonds AB shall primarily be resolved through negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved, the customer may turn to the Swedish National Complaints Board (ARN) or a general court in Sweden.
