Return and refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy , which means you have 30 days to request a return from the date you received the item.

To be eligible to return an item, it must be in the same condition as when you received it – unused, with all labels still attached and in the original packaging. If the item is sealed, the seal must be unbroken for the return to be approved.

Once your return request has been approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that returns sent back to us without first being requested and approved will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon recieving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and make it right for you. If you wish to make a complaint about an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. Send an email to jbhdiamonds.help@gmail.com and we will assist you promptly.

Exceptions/non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as customized products (such as special orders or personalized jewelry). Please contact us if you have questions about the return policy for specific items.

Changes
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you already purchased, and once the return has been approved, order the new product separately.

30-day right of withdrawal
If merchandise is delivered in Sweden, you have, notwithstanding the above, the right to cancel or return the order within 30 days without giving any particular reason. For the right of cancellation to apply, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unused, with all accessories, in the original packaging. Please note that any seal must not be broken. A broken seal means that the right of returns no longer applies.

We want you as a customer to feel secure with your purchase from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, you have the option to return it within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost , and it varies depending on the value of the item, according to the chart below. To ensure a safe and smooth return process, we always use insured and traceable return shipping . This means that your return is protected throughout the entire transport back to us – for both your safety and ours.

The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund according to the following chart:

The return shipping cost will be deducted from the amount refunded after we have received and approved the return.

*For orders with a product value over SEK 200,000, return shipping is calculated as SEK 799 plus the lowest return shipping cost from the table that covers the total product value .

Example:

• Goods value 250,000 SEK → 799 SEK + 299 SEK = 1,098 SEK
  
  

• Goods value 500,000 SEK → 799 SEK + 599 SEK = 1,398 SEK
  
  

• Goods value 1,000,000 SEK → 799 SEK + 799 SEK = 1,598 SEK
  
  

This calculation model ensures that high-value returns are always sent with trackable and insured shipping , guaranteeing peace of mind for both the customer and JBH Diamonds.

Refunds
We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return, and whether or not the refund is approved. If the refund is approved, it will automatically be made to the original payment method within 30 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and it will appear on your account.
