How to place a custom order

1. Contact us with your idea

Please send an inquiry via [email: jbhdiamonds.help@gmail.com] or fill out our contact form on the website. Describe in as much detail as possible what you want, including:
✔ Type of jewelry (ring, necklace, bracelet, etc.)
✔ Material (White gold (18k), Yellow gold (18k), Rose gold (18k))
✔ Engraving or other personal details (please send reference images)
✔ Size and any reference images (carat size of diamond and diamond cut)

2. Quote & Design Proposal

After we receive your request, we will return after approximately [10] working days with a quote and any design sketches.

3. Confirmation & Production

Once you have approved the design and quote, production will begin. Production time varies depending on the design and material choice, but usually takes between 4 and 5 weeks .

4. Delivery of your unique piece of jewelry

Once your jewelry is ready, it will be shipped to you via trackable and insured shipping. We will notify you by email when your order is on its way.

Can I make changes after the order has been placed?
Small adjustments can be made during the design phase, but after production has started, changes may be limited.

Are custom orders refundable?
As custom-made jewellery is created uniquely for you, it is non-refundable. However, we ensure that you approve the design before production begins and that you receive the product you have ordered. If you are unhappy with your jewellery, you can always contact us via the email address below and we will make sure to find a solution that you are happy with.
