At JBH Diamonds, we are committed to providing our customers with a safe and seamless shopping experience. We always ship our packages with trackable and insured shipping to ensure that your jewelry arrives securely and in perfect condition.
Shipping Times & Options
We offer the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping:
Shipping time: 14–21 business days
Standard Shipping for Special Orders or Loose Diamonds:
Shipping time: 21–35 business days
All orders are processed within 5 business days after purchase confirmation. Please note that shipping times may be affected by external factors such as shipping carriers, holidays, or unforeseen delays. You will see the estimated shipping time at checkout.
Shipping Cost

Free shipping on orders over 20,000 SEK

For orders under 20,000 SEK, a flat shipping fee of 299 SEK applies. The shipping fee covers delivery within all of Sweden.
Tracking & Order Processing
Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse in Stockholm, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking link, so you can easily follow your package.
If your order includes a custom-made or special-order item, the shipping time may be longer. In such cases, you will be notified by email.
Shipping Terms

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the time of purchase.

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the package, an additional shipping fee may apply.
Delayed or Missing Shipments
If your shipment has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at jbhdiamonds.help@gmail.com, and we will assist you in tracking the package and resolving any issues.
International Shipping & Customs Fees
For orders outside of Sweden, local customs and import duties may apply according to the recipient country’s laws. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price of the product or shipping.
