Order & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via [Visa, Mastercard, Klarna, PayPal, Swish and many other payment methods]. All payments are processed securely via an encrypted payment gateway.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We process orders quickly, but please contact us immediately via the email address jbhdiamonds.help@gmail.com and we will do our best to help you. If your order has already been shipped, we unfortunately cannot make any changes. You will then need to contact us and request a return of the product you purchased. You can read more about how to make a return under "RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS".

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, as soon as your order is completed, an order confirmation will be sent to your email. If you do not see it, please check your spam folder or contact us.


Shipping & Delivery

How long is the delivery time?
Delivery time is usually between 14 and 21 working days within Sweden. Exact delivery times depend on where you live and what type of item you have ordered.

Do you offer trackable shipping?
Yes, all our packages are shipped with trackable and insured shipping and you will receive a tracking link via email when your order is shipped. It may take up to 15 business days before you receive a tracking link as many of our products are shipped from warehouses in the Netherlands or directly from factories in Italy.

Do you deliver internationally?
Right now we only ship products within Sweden with plans to ship to the entire EU soon.


Returns & Complaints

What is your return policy?
You have the right to return your item within 30 days of receiving it, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Read more in our [RETURN AND REFUND POLICY].

How do I make a return?
Please contact us via email at jbhdiamonds.help@gmail.com or send a message in our Live Chat to register your return and receive a return shipping label. Then, send the jewelry back according to our instructions.

What do I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We apologize for any errors and will of course correct them! Contact us with pictures of the product and we will help you with a replacement or refund. All our jewelry undergoes a quality check before it is sent out. We also document all jewelry before we package it so that you as a customer always receive the right jewelry.

What materials are used in your jewelry?
Our jewelry is made of 18 karat gold. It is carefully designed for durability and made with care for our planet. We use over 80% recycled gold in our jewelry.

How do I best take care of my jewelry?
To extend the life of your jewelry, we recommend that you:

  • Avoid contact with dirty surfaces and chemicals.
  • Store your jewelry in a jewelry box when not in use.
  • Clean them regularly with a soft cleaning cloth.
  • Wash the jewelry in an ultrasonic cleaner if necessary.
