SHIPPING POLICY

At JBH Diamonds we are committed to providing our customers with a safe and smooth shopping experience. We always send our packages with trackable and insured shipping to ensure your jewelry is delivered safely and in perfect condition.

Delivery times & Shipping options

We offer the following shipping options:

• Standard delivery: 

Delivery time: 14-21 working days

• Standard delivery for special orders or loose diamonds:

Delivery time: 21-35 working days

All orders are processed within 5 business days of confirmed purchase. Please note that delivery times may be affected by external factors such as shipping companies, holidays or unforeseen delays. You will find the estimated delivery time when you go to checkout.

Shipping cost

• Free shipping on orders over 20,000 SEK.

• For orders under 20,000 SEK, a fixed shipping fee of 299 SEK applies within Sweden.

• For orders to Norway, a fixed shipping fee of 399 NOK applies.

• For orders outside Sweden and Norway, a fixed shipping fee of 46 EUR applies.

Tracking & Order Management

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse in Stockholm, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking link, so you can easily follow your package. Please note that it may take up to 15 business days before you receive an email confirmation with a tracking link as many of our jewelry items are shipped from warehouses in the Netherlands or directly from the factory in Italy. If your order contains an item that is specially ordered or customized, the delivery time may be longer. In such cases, you will be notified by email.

Delivery terms

• We deliver to both individuals and companies.
• It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct delivery address when ordering.
• If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or delivery not collected, a new shipping cost may be added.

Delayed or missing deliveries

If your shipment has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us via email at jbhdiamonds.help@gmail.com, and we will help you track the package and resolve any issues.

International deliveries & customs fees

For orders outside of Sweden, local customs and import fees may apply according to the laws of the recipient country. These fees are paid by the recipient and are not included in the price of the item or shipping.
